Job Title: Program Delivery Specialist

Description: We are seeking a seasoned Program Delivery Specialist to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of an ICT Asset Renewal Technology Upgrade program. The successful candidate will work in partnership with corporate business areas and product managers to deliver a schedule of technology upgrades aligned with product lifecycle roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Asset Renewal Technology Upgrade program to ensure delivery of technology upgrades.
  • Manage and deliver all related program and project management activities and products in accordance with PRINCE2 and MSP methodologies.
  • Consult and negotiate with clients, senior management, suppliers, other public sector agencies, and key stakeholders on the development and implementation of best practice initiatives and service delivery standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience within the public sector and large complex government departments.
  • Proven track record of successful program and/or project delivery using PRINCE2 and traditional and hybrid Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders for negotiation, consultation, and decision-making purposes in a complex environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams and vendors to deliver required outcomes within agreed timeframes and budget.
