Program Coordinator Role
The Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing service delivery, ensuring consistently outstanding practice and quality support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of service delivery, including oversight and support to individual programs.
- Provide targeted interventions and adapt support as required.
- Ensure delivery of quality services to clients within a client-centred and strengths-based framework.
- Represent the organization in a professional manner and build effective working relationships.
- Maintain program expenditure in line with budgets and identify emergent risks.
- Lead and contribute to a positive team culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.
- Conduct performance coaching and professional development processes.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management level role.
- Knowledge of Child Protection and Out of Home care principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs effectively.
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Probity checks, including criminal record checks, Working with Children and relevant licensing requirements.
