About the Role

  • Lead a team of ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest experiences

  • Ensure that all guests receive personalized service and meet their expectations

  • Monitor and improve the quality of service delivered by the team

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members to meet business needs

  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

  • Comply with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or a related field

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

  • Hold a current RSA certificate
