Job Title

A Test Lead position is available to oversee the testing process for a significant ERP transformation project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy across multiple phases.
  • Lead and coordinate testing activities with vendors, consultants, and business users.
  • Run structured defect triage to ensure timely resolution and minimal risk.
  • Report on testing progress, issues, and risks to project leadership.
  • Guide and support business users through user acceptance testing.
Requirements
  • Experienced Test Lead with a background in ERP/SAP projects (S/4HANA ideal).
  • Strong understanding of testing phases, tools, and defect management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Industry knowledge in publishing or finance is a plus.
