About Us

We are seeking a Test Manager to join our team and lead the way in delivering high-quality technology projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing test functions, developing comprehensive test strategies, and ensuring seamless integration with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective test plans to ensure thorough testing of all project components.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing activities, aligning with project schedules and objectives.
  • Oversee defect tracking and resolution processes, providing timely reports and updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth testing processes and efficient resource allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager or Program Test Manager, with hands-on experience in building test functions from scratch.
  • Strong expertise in developing and executing test strategies and plans, with experience across ERP transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamic).
  • Excellent organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools and testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to identify and mitigate testing risks effectively.
