We are seeking an Enrolled or Registered Nurse with strong HR skills to excel in a key role.
About the Position:- Deliver high-quality nursing care while assuming key HR responsibilities, including talent acquisition, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Nursing Care: Provide exceptional patient care in accordance with industry agreements, awards, and contracts.
- Human Resources: Lead the hiring process, conduct performance evaluations, ensure staff adherence, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Workplace Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to all relevant standards and regulations.
Requirements & Skills:
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with the governing body.
- Strong knowledge of industry agreements, awards, and contract management.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
