Key Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to residents, adhering to safe practice measures and established protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) without restrictions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
