Job Title: Premises Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Premises Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain our AustralianSuper Portfolio's facilities with a focus on commercial tenancies.

The role involves overseeing designated financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset, and vendor management programs. You will also be responsible for providing facilities administration duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with occupiers and clients to exceed service expectations
  • Property Services: Provide comprehensive customer and property services to the portfolio
  • Building Inspections: Complete regular inspections and reports within required timeframes
  • Compliance: Maintain adherence to regulations, client contracts, and facility procedures
  • Data Management: Organize and analyze data for senior management presentations
  • Leadership Support: Assist with additional duties and temporary site management as needed
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance portfolio operations and efficiency
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and manage facility works with clients and building management
  • KPI Tracking: Track service outputs against KPIs and report to stakeholders regularly
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment focused on performance excellence across the portfolio
