Job Title

Senior Clinician, Drug & Alcohol

Employed as a Specialist Clinician in the Custodial Health Service providing specialist drug and alcohol evidence-based interventions to patients in a custodial setting based on their strengths, needs, and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Provide targeted individual and group interventions promoting recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters or higher degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in drug and alcohol services, preferably in a custodial setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective interventions leading to improved patient outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.

Working Conditions
