Custody and Justice Services Leader
Job Description:The role of Custody and Justice Services Leader is pivotal in the management of adolescent forensic mental health services.
The primary objectives of this position are to optimize mental health and drug health assessment and treatment for young people in custody, ensuring they have suitable care pathways upon release.
To achieve this, the successful candidate will work closely with clinicians across various streams, as well as Adolescent Health in custody, to deliver an evidence-based and effective care service.
This role will support the implementation of strategic plans and objectives within the Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A strong background in healthcare, with relevant qualifications and current registration with AHPRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in clinical leadership and ability to work effectively with external stakeholders.
