About the Role

A dynamic Territory Manager is sought to develop and execute go-to-market strategies in Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or clinical support within an Orthopaedic portfolio and possess a growth mindset to capitalise on opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to identify new surgical opportunities.
  • Collaborate with customers to create awareness of new products and perform in-service training and education.
  • Contribute to developing new territory or market opportunities with the team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge through internal educational training opportunities and attend conferences.
Requirements
  • Experience in clinical support or sales within a healthcare-related field, preferably Orthopaedic.
  • Growth mindset to leverage opportunities.
  • Knowledge of local hospital systems an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and well-organised individual.
  • Natural enthusiasm for learning and executing skills.
  • Dynamism and agility are essential.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
