This role is directly accountable for managing the allocation of stock and the data integrity of all retail and planning tools and reports.Key AccountabilitiesMonitor sales and inventory performance and maintain replenishment systems parameters to ensure appropriate stock levels to achieve sales, inventory turnover, and gross profit marginExecute and provide recommendations for a distribution strategy that supports and enhances merchandise, marketing, and financial strategies.Recap, evaluate, and recommend seasonal performance & flow opportunities by style, class, and departmentPrepare weekly and monthly reportsPrepare weekly delivery reportsPrepare adhoc reports and sales analysisMaintain system data integrity, including pricing and all fields relating to reports and product dataManage line cards for core linesAllocate stock to the online business to ensure that correct product placement and adequate allocation of stockMaintain the Margin Report by making changes as needed including changes in style numbers, costs, RRP's and delivery dates.Communicate forward delivery dates and exceptions to the AUS VM teamCommunicating with production teams on forecasts, retail pricing and delivery updatesAbility to work cross functionally, communicating priorities and deadlines.Key CapabilitiesPrevious experience in a similar role highly advantageous, alternatively a faced paced, data entry or similar analytical roleDemonstrated ability to understand financial measurements and how to positively execute themAdvanced Microsoft Excel experienceAbility to analyse and interpret reports and dataHigh level of attention to detail and a process improvement mentalityStrong written and verbal communication and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Why work for CRG?
