JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Retail Allocator to join our team for a permanent, full-time position. As Retail Allocator, you report into the MPIM Lead and serve as a trusted advisor to the Commercial Team. The role involves supporting end-to-end strategy execution and managing product allocations to stores based on detailed SKU and store-level analysis.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic retail environment.

  • A passion for retail and a keen eye for trends.

Key Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)

  • Analysing historical performance, size data, and retail feedback to optimize product allocation and size curves for each store.

  • Developing accurate store inventory flow forecasts to support sales strategies.

  • Rebalancing inventory to maximize sales and manage stock levels across stores and distribution centers.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute allocation strategies, address inventory challenges, and ensure sell-through performance.

  • Driving in-season store-to-store rebalancing, reporting, and end-of-product-life management.

  • Providing quantitative analysis and insights to enhance inventory deployment and identify opportunities for growth.
