Requirements
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
  • Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law and relevant regulatory requirements
