Job Description

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective customer service to both internal and external customers.

Your role will involve managing orders and issues as they arise, providing accurate information to customers and account managers, and collaborating with cross-functional operational teams across the company.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have the following experience and skills:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in a customer service position.
  • Self-motivation, action-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to cope under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
  • Professional communication, both oral and written, and ability to solve customer problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Exceptional telephone skills and ability to build effective customer relationships.
  • A positive, affable disposition and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience using multiple databases and intermediate Excel skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
