About the Role:

As a Customer Service & Sales Agent at our Port Macquarie branch, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling both incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and care. Your role is essential in understanding customer needs, providing tailored pest control solutions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with us.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with inquiries, bookings, and service information.
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, and offer relevant services.
  • Building rapport with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate pest control solutions.
  • Supporting sales targets by converting inquiries into bookings and promoting additional services.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
