Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the processing and payment of workers compensation claims. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness while leading and supervising a team of Payment/Claims Support Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and pay workers compensation claims accurately and on time.
  2. Lead and supervise a team of Payment/Claims Support Officers to ensure compliance with workers compensation legislation, policies, and internal procedures.

Requirements:

  • Motivated and experienced leader with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of workers compensation legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
