About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our Stores Technology team at Kmart Group. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to a small team of experts, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting mobile and telephony devices used throughout our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and line management to a team of experts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain skillsets in the team to utilize appropriate management tools, such as SOTI, InTunes, and Control Centre.
- Oversee the provision and maintenance of our Ring Central Telephony solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with business operations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and supporting engineers in a retail or manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with mobile devices and telephony solutions in a large-scale retail or logistics setting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to drive large-scale, distributed rollout of devices and telephony services.
- Highly developed technical skills, with expertise in areas such as mobile device management, telephony solutions, and IT infrastructure.
