As a seasoned retail leader, we are seeking an ambitious individual to take on the role of Airport Store Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in managing high-energy retail environments to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our airport store.

The Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the face of the store, you will be responsible for setting the standard for service and style, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a respectful and values-led culture every day.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment, and possesses the following key skills:

  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Strong coaching and development abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work across rotating shifts and adapt to changing priorities
