Lead a Dynamic Airport Retail Team

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage our retail store at Melbourne Airport. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role:
  • Lead a high-performing team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail leadership or management.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for retail and customer service.
