Our Melbourne Tullamarine Airport operates some of our well-renowned brands and venues across our domestic and international terminals including Bar Pulpo by MoVida, Middle Ground, St ALi, Café Sol, Urban Provodore, Hungry Jack's, GO Convenience, Velocity & many more.
Airport Retail Enterprises is continuing to grow, with our venues, cafes and restaurants expanding in new locations across our Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and we are looking for amazing talent to join our team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for giving our customers an experience to remember through exceptional customer service and world-class food & beverages with a Spanish twist. Your main areas of focus will be with supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, including taking orders, handling food & drinks and general housekeeping and cleaning.

MUST be able to work between the hours of*:
5am - 2pm2pm - 10pm 5pm - 2am 2am - 11am*With availability on weekdays & weekends. Flexibility across ALL shift times are highly regarded (i.e. any day, any time) We will be mindful to put you on a rotating roster so you have work/life balance
Full-time, part-time & casual hours available

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience within a fast-paced food & beverage retailer
- Experience providing a high level of customer service
- Demonstrated Barista experience is highly regarded
- Previous Bar experience is highly regarded
- Ability to prepare light snacks as required
- Experience in cash handling and POS operation is highly regarded
- Ability to wash up and clear tales to keep the venue up to standards
- Current RSA (or must be open to getting an accredited RSA before starting with us).Full-time hours available at a casual rate $$$
