Senior Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced senior development professional to join our team.

This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale communities, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, with expertise in project management, planning, cost and risk management.

They will also possess excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, as well as strong commercial acumen and forecasting and financial management capabilities.

The Senior Development Professional will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business, driving growth and delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers, investors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership:
  • Develop and implement project strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders
  • Commercial Acumen:
  • Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and motivate high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, engineering, construction)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, development or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget and to quality standards
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and forecasting and financial management capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
