Product Visionary Leader

As a Product Visionary Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative and product vision for our organization while fostering collaboration with external partners. You will oversee end-to-end design workflows, spanning platform and web experiences, proposals for global clients, and brand strategy.

  • Design Leadership: Oversee design solutions across brand, product environments, and client-facing proposals to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, research, and engineering teams to maintain a consistent narrative and holistic user experience.
  • Brand Narrative Development: Translate complex ideas into engaging visuals and stories that reflect and amplify our evolving brand identity.
  • Operational Efficiency: Establish design frameworks, streamline workflows, and manage vendor or partner relationships where needed.
  • Design Culture Champion: Mentor and guide the design team, championing operational excellence, user-centricity, and strategic use of AI/LLMs.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven Track Record: 6+ years in product design, UI/UX, or a related field, with experience in brand strategy and cross-functional design leadership.
  • Adaptability & Curiosity: Eager to learn new domains quickly and leverage AI/LLMs for insights, ideation, and hierarchy.
  • Exceptional Storytelling Ability: Skilled at building compelling narratives that align teams and engage stakeholders.
  • Organizational Excellence: Proficient at building processes that balance quality with pace in a dynamic environment.
