Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Admin Officer to join our team at Programmed. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure all payroll activities comply with tax laws and superannuation requirements.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in generating payroll reports and summaries for management review.
- Help reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Previous experience in Payroll, Accounts Payable or Receivable is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with payroll software systems is advantageous.
- Strong numerical aptitude and high level of accuracy.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
