Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team and lead the financial accounting function. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused individual to drive financial excellence and innovation across our organisation.

About the Role:

  • Manage the preparation of timely and accurate monthly and annual financial statements
  • Lead the production of high-quality financial reports to strict deadlines
  • Implement improvements to reporting systems to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA qualification and relevant tertiary education in accounting/finance
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and ongoing professional development
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting services
  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver continuous improvements
