Senior Financial Strategist

This is a leadership position responsible for driving financial performance and strategic growth across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational plans.
- Negotiate with external stakeholders to secure funding and partnerships.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to non-financial managers to enhance financial literacy and decision-making.
- Qualified Accountant or equivalent experience.
- At least five years' experience in a similar multi-site position.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage dispersed teams and meet reporting deadlines.
- Experience engaging with external stakeholders in commercial negotiations.
- Experience working with non-financial managers to drive performance improvements.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel; strong team player.
