Drive Sales Growth in a Dynamic Territory

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to drive sales growth in their assigned territory. This exciting opportunity allows the right individual to develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with customers, distributors, and reps, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to drive new bookings through partner engagement and market share growth strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and reps to promote products and achieve sales quotas.
  • Actively promote products by providing training, support, and end-user engagement.
  • Develop expertise as the local authority on Fluke products, solutions, and applications.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, and address customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline through consistent prospect follow-up.
  • Combine technical knowledge with persuasive communication skills to effectively position Fluke solutions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the calibration industry, selling technical solutions—ideally with expertise in metrology applications.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets within an assigned territory.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional service and support.
  • Solid technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain product capabilities and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems.
  • Experience in channel/distributor selling and relationships.
  • Cross-functional team support with Business Unit and Factory experience.
