About the Program

The ASIO Human Resources Graduate Program is a dynamic and challenging program that will give you the chance to work across various HR areas, including learning and development, recruitment and selection, human resource management, and diversity and inclusion. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who are able to work independently and as part of a team, and who have a strong ability to build productive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders. You will also have a strong academic background and a passion for human resources.
