Insurance Broker Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Insurance Broker to join our specialist placement team. This role involves supporting the placement of complex commercial risks across property and liability lines.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and market partners to structure bespoke insurance programs, with responsibilities including:

  • Preparing and negotiating placement submissions
  • Coordinating with brokers and underwriters across multiple markets
  • Managing documentation and compliance requirements
  • Conducting market research to inform placement strategy
  • Attending meetings and contributing to client engagement

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 3-5 years' experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or placement
  • Familiarity with commercial property or liability products
  • Tier 1 broking qualification (or Tier 2 with pathway to Tier 1)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Professional maturity and a proactive approach
