About this apprenticeship

Gain hands-on experience in supporting and improving core business operations within a fast-paced, digitally enabled work environment. You will learn how to gather and present data using digital tools and reporting techniques to support resource planning, service delivery and stakeholder communication.

This 3-year programme aims to strengthen your teamwork and collaboration skills through cross-functional project work while enhancing your understanding of digital business systems, information compliance and archiving solutions.

You will contribute to operational improvements by identifying performance gaps and supporting process transformation and innovation. Key responsibilities include gathering and presenting data, supporting resource planning and service delivery, streamlining administrative processes and coordinating business activities.

To be successful in this role, you should have achieved or be predicted to achieve 3x Higher's at Grade C and above, ideally including a Business-related subject. Additionally, you should have achieved 5x National 5's at Grade C and above, including English and Maths.
