
Pathology Rostering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Rostering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our rostering team and ensuring that our business runs smoothly.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing efficient rosters for our pathology collectors, while also ensuring compliance with relevant award conditions. You will work closely with our commercial team, marketing department, and pathology collector leads to achieve this goal.

Requirements- Leadership Experience: We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in leading teams and managing staff.
- Rostering Expertise: You should have a solid understanding of electronic rostering systems, including UKG (Kronos Time & Attendance), and be proficient in using them to manage complex rosters.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders, including team members, managers, and external partners.
- Analytical Skills: You should be able to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize rostering efficiency and minimize costs.
- Award Compliance: You should have a good understanding of award conditions and be able to ensure compliance in all aspects of rostering.
