Job Description

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of business operations.

You will be responsible for managing business information, optimizing workflows, and contributing to organizational productivity. You will gain hands-on experience in gathering and presenting data, using digital tools and reporting techniques to support resource planning, service delivery, and stakeholder communication.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and support process transformation and innovation. You will also be involved in producing business documentation, managing records, and supporting project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have achieved or be predicted to achieve 3x Higher's at Grade C and above, ideally including a Business related subject. They should also have achieved 5x National 5's at Grade C and above, including English and Maths.
