About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Developer to join our team at Hudson Australia. As a CRM Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Customize CRM Solutions: Design and develop customized CRM solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet the business requirements of our clients.
  • Data Migration and Integration: Perform data migration from legacy systems into Dynamics 365, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and build and manage system integrations using tools like Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or custom APIs.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and extend CRM functionality using C#,.NET, and JavaScript (plugins, workflows, etc.).
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, high-performance CRM solutions and troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support for the CRM platform.
  • Business Insights: Create reports and dashboards using Power BI or SSRS to provide business insights.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
  • Data Migration Expertise: Expertise in data migration processes, including data mapping, cleansing, and migration tools (e.g., SSIS).
  • Integration Techniques: Strong knowledge of integration techniques, with experience using APIs, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#,.NET, JavaScript, and other technologies to customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionality.
  • Project Experience: Experience working on projects from the ground up-design through to implementation.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business teams.
