Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our Cloud Business Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing modifications or extensions to our applications, coding, unit testing, and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop modifications or extensions to our applications
  • Coding, unit testing, and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based solutions
  • Designing and delivering solutions that meet customer needs
  • Developing, configuring, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs
  • Providing technical analysis, resolution, and troubleshooting of solutions provided to customers
  • Gaining understanding of customer's needs and collaborating with other team members to complete design and testing documentation
  • Providing technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions are needed
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years' development experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Dynamics 365 CRM security and administration
  • Integration with D365 CRM (Logic App, Azure Function App, Web App, Service Bus, General Azure knowledge)
  • Data Migration with Dynamics 365 (SSIS Kingswaysoft, Azure Data Factory, migration using custom code)
  • Share Point to Dynamics 365 Knowledge Base Migration
  • Experience with agile delivery and the use of Azure Dev Ops
  • Dynamics 365 Apps, with a strong understanding of Customer Service and Knowledge Management modules
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate with and present to a variety of different audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
