Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Microsoft D365 CRM Developers and Senior Developers to join our Cloud Business Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building systems and applications for our customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop modifications or extensions to specific applications
  • Coding, unit testing, and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based solutions
  • Designing and delivering solutions that meet customer needs
  • Developing, configuring, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs
  • Providing technical analysis, resolution, and troubleshooting of solutions provided to customers
  • Gaining understanding of customer's needs and collaborating with other team members to complete design and testing documentation
  • Providing technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions are needed

Requirements

  • 5-7 years' development experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Dynamics 365 CRM security and administration
  • Integration with D365 CRM (Logic App, Azure Function App, Web App, Service Bus, General Azure knowledge)
  • Data Migration with Dynamics 365 (SSIS Kingswaysoft, Azure Data Factory, migration using custom code)
  • Experience with agile delivery and the use of Azure Dev Ops
  • Dynamics 365 Apps, with a strong understanding of Customer Service and Knowledge Management modules
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Australian Citizen and able to obtain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance as required
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
