About the Role

We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. As a member of our operations team, you'll work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer orders, including processing payments and dispatching goods
  • Maintain accurate records, including inventory levels and order status
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or in-person
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
