Job Description

A Registered Nurse plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of their individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols
  • Assess patient needs and develop effective care plans to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure clear understanding of care plans and expectations
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Demonstrated nursing skills, knowledge, and ability relevant to the area within an outpatient and/or acute hospital setting
  • Proven clinical problem-solving skills to maximize patient care
  • Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment, providing outcome-based care
