Job Title: Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Healthcare Professional in our institution.

About the Role:

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to inmates, promoting their rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
  • The primary goal is to ensure the safety and security of both inmates and the community while providing a respectful environment for staff, inmates, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

To excel in this position, candidates must possess current AHPRA registration, at least 1-year full-time post-graduate experience (or part-time equivalent), and strong skills in primary health, rural health, or emergency nursing.

  • Candidates should also have current First Aid and BLS Certification with ALS preferred (12-month validity).
  • National Criminal History Check within the last 3 months and owning a vehicle are mandatory requirements.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is essential.
