About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to our patients.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting the nursing team in the delivery of high-quality patient care. This will involve assisting with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence among our patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Health Service Assistant Certificate III (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification;
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a plan of care under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to identify and resolve conflict situations by managing own emotional responses and interacting with others in a personable and professional manner.
