Director of Distribution

This is a high-profile position responsible for leading the distribution strategy across various channels, including wholesale, institutional, family office, and private wealth investor networks.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in capital raising, investor relations, or similar fields within real estate funds management or asset management.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy to attract new investors and retain existing ones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, wholesale capital providers, and private wealth advisers.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to launch new funds, structure investment products, and align them with investor appetite.
  • Oversee end-to-end fundraising processes, including preparation of investor materials, presentations, and roadshows.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and engagement initiatives to maintain strong relationships with existing investors.
  • Conduct market research and offer insights to inform fund strategy and product development.
About You / Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in distribution, capital raising, or investor relations within real estate funds management or asset management.
  • A strong network of connections across institutional investors, wholesale capital, and private wealth advisers.
  • A proven track record of successfully raising capital across multiple investor channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a commercial acumen to drive growth and success.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
