About This Role

This position combines customer experience, fund administration, and marketing coordination. The Customer Experience & Funds Administration will ensure seamless investor communication and fund administration to enhance investor relations and support our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Communication & General Enquiries
  • We are seeking a primary contact for investor inquiries related to general information, statements, tax documents, payments, and new investment opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will provide clear, professional responses and ensure that investor queries are resolved in a compliant and timely manner.
Fund Administration & Compliance
  • We require someone to manage investor group administration, including memberships, gifts, event invites, and ticket distribution.
  • The ideal candidate will handle investor complaints effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high satisfaction.
Reporting & Updates
  • The selected candidate will create and distribute monthly, quarterly, and yearly updates on fund performance for investors and internal teams.
  • They will develop informational materials for new funds and keep investors informed of any product developments or changes.
  • The role involves leading the design, content creation, and generation of reports, delivering clear insights and data for stakeholders.
Marketing Coordination & Content Creation
  • We are looking for someone to execute marketing strategies for investor engagement, including promotional activities, brand messaging, and event support.
  • The successful candidate will produce and manage content for marketing materials, newsletters, investor updates, and digital channels.
  • They will collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging, maintain brand consistency, and enhance the investor experience.
Investor Relations & Engagement
  • The successful candidate will oversee the administration and communication of investor groups, ensuring accurate records and strong relationship management.
  • They will organise investor events, roadshows, and engagement activities, coordinating with internal teams to maximise outreach.
  • The role involves fostering transparent, consistent communication with investors, building trust and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Performance Monitoring & Insights
  • The selected candidate will track the performance of investor communication and engagement initiatives, gathering insights to improve processes and outcomes.
  • They will utilise CRM tools, Titanium software, and advanced Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and enhancing investor interactions.
