Job Title: Direct Investor Service Officer

The Direct Investor Service Officer role plays a pivotal part in Client Coverage Australia, serving as the primary point of contact for Direct Investors in various funds.

About the Role:

  • To effectively handle client issues, queries and complaints in a timely manner by providing prompt and courteous responses.
  • To identify opportunities to develop new procedures and controls that enhance process efficiency.
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with Service Providers and Vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • To escalate requests according to the Service Level Agreement with the Service Provider.

Your Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Commerce, Law or Accounting are essential.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in banking or asset management is required.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients.
  • Self-motivation, quick learning ability and enthusiasm are highly valued.
