**About the role**

The Head of Investor Relations role is responsible for developing and implementing Tyro's investor relations strategy, focused on fostering relationships with shareholders and the broader investment and analyst community. You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, other senior executives, the Tyro Board and People, Communications and Sustainability team.

**What you'll do**:

- Uphold and contribute to Tyro's strong risk culture by complying with our policies, completing mandatory training and identifying and managing risks within your day-to-day work
- Developing and delivering Tyro's investor relations strategy.
- Planning and delivering regular analyst, investor and shareholder briefings and events, including the AGM, roadshows and other conferences.
- Preparing and accompanying senior management and relevant Board members to investor meetings and roadshows.
- Preparing all major shareholder communications, including presentations, ASX statements, Q&A documents, information memos, executive speeches, and website content.
- Preparing the annual report and supporting the Chief People and Communications Officer with the development of the remuneration and sustainability reports.
- Preparation of Management and Board reports including, but not limited to, analyst reports, movements in the share register, shareholder sentiment and market trends.

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience in investment banking, capital markets and/or a senior investor relations role in a listed company.
- Experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relationships with the investor community and analysts.
- Strong understanding of ASX rules and regulations.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of capital markets, and thorough understanding of key metrics for comparable companies.
- Experience in producing external communications materials and Management and Board papers.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working both autonomously and collaboratively, managing changing workloads and having excellent attention to detail.
- Bachelors degree in business, finance or accounting.
