Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver friendly, efficient service to customers via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, take ownership of issues, and resolve them quickly
  • Review customer sales history to identify service needs and explore upselling opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients by staying informed on processes and providing tailored solutions
  • Keep customers updated on new products and services as relevant
Requirements
  • Experience in a high-volume call centre environment is preferred, but not essential
  • A customer-centric mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently within a team
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or cloud-based CRM systems
