About the Position:

BaptistCare is one of Australia's largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in the Forster/Taree and surrounding areas.

You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, focusing on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

About You:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration required
  • Ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
  • Postgraduate experience working in rehabilitation and community settings
  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
  • Confident working independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Alignment with our organisation's values and mission
  • Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance
