Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate assessments and identify patient needs
- Initiate appropriate nursing interventions
- Care for patients appropriately based on condition and age
- Perform timely documentation relating to medical necessity
- Complete Interdisciplinary Care Plans
- Perform Quality Improvement assessments

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina or from a compact state
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification within 30 days
- AHA ACLS and PALS within six months
- One year of experience preferred
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently
