About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Medicare Provider Number eligibility to claim, refer, and request services.
  • Proficiency with digital patient management software, including telehealth platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively.
