About the Role

The Customer Researcher will play a vital role in gathering customer insights by engaging with a diverse group of customers and their families. As part of the SCCQ Deep Listening Team, this role will involve connecting with customers and their families by phone, on behalf of the CEO, to gather information that enables them to live their best lives within our care.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and their families. The Customer Researcher will be responsible for proactively gathering customer insights, summarizing key messages, and maintaining an empathetic approach to ensure high-trust, meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively gather customer insights through engaging conversations with customers and their families
  • Summarize key messages from conversations to inform customer relationships and experiences
  • Maintain an empathetic approach to ensure high-trust, meaningful conversations
  • Work collaboratively with the SCCQ Deep Listening Team to strengthen customer relationships
