About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Manager to join our team at AA Appointments. As a key member of our marketing and communications department, you will play a vital role in shaping our customer experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer feedback programs to drive business growth and improvement
  • Design and analyze surveys to gather insights on customer behavior and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback into business decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer experience metrics
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in market research and analysis, with a focus on customer experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in Qualtrics or similar survey software, as well as Power BI or other data visualization tools
