Key Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to HR leader for Australia, advising, implementing, guiding, and coaching on a range of HR matters, both strategic and operational.

  • Leadership and management of 3 direct reports, including a HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, and Payroll Advisor.

Requirements
  • Experience as a true HR generalist working within a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Leadership experience is essential.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategy, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience within the fin-tech industry is highly desirable, but not essential.
